I'm the type person that loves wearing bright colors! My friends always say I have the brightest closet they've ever seen (haha)! When I saw this bright green dress (pictured below) at Belk, I instantly fell in love!!! <3 This dress is so versatile... take it from day to night by just changing the shoes and the accessories! Belk carries one of my favorite brands, Crown and Ivy!!! Such cute clothes without breaking the bank (+ Belk always has great coupons!) I love shopping at Belk!
One of my all time favorite trends this summer is pom poms!!! They are just so much fun! What's better than pom poms on your feet?! Absolutely nothing, haha! These Chinese Laundry sandals are my summer obsession. Wearing these babies makes an outfit pop! + these pom pom sandals are a huge conversation starter... I've yet to go somewhere without someone stopping me to ask about my shoes!!! :)

One of my best friends and I spent the day in downtown Wilmington! I wanted to show her all my favorite spots on the river and also take her to my favorite ice-cream joint!!! Kilwins is the absolute BEST! Every time I go downtown I make a stop for some ice-cream. Best treat on a hot day! I'm not going to lie though, it was one scorching hot day... so after we ate brunch I showed her just a few places and we took a few photos, then we bounced! We were so ready to jump inside with some air conditioning!!! Stay cool this weekend!!!
